Employment Process
- Submitted resumes reviewed by CEO
- Prospective Employees are called and the first interview
is scheduled with the CEO and Executive Director
- Candidate’s are asked to fill out appropriate employment applications, provide letters of reference, and proof of graduation and certification prior to their second interview.
- For non-teaching positions, the administrative team is the only hiring entity. Usually on the recommendation of the appropriate department head, ie Transportation, Facilities, Food Services, etc.
- Upon successful screening at the first interview prospective classroom teachers are asked to spend time in the classroom with appropriate grade level team leader teacher or master teacher.
- Second or even third interviews may be required both by the CEO and Executive Director or Master Teachers.
- References are checked and applicant must have Arizona Class 1 fingerprint card.
- Based on openings and the position requirements, we will offer position(s) to the best qualified applicant.
- Once selected and acceptance is indicated by candidate(s), they are to complete and provide all required employment documents.
